A Legal Disclaimer

We want you to love your Furnished Pets bin. If it’s not right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in original, resellable condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, odor, or use with pet food. It’s fine to open the box and inspect the bin, it just can’t show signs of actual use.

• Original packaging should be included where possible.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Given the size of this item, we recommend using a discount shipping service (like Pirate Ship) to minimize cost.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original

Damaged or defective items: If your bin arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. This is on us, not you.
